Once we have dispatched your parcel you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive.
If your order has not arrived by Australia Post's predicted delivery date or if there have been no tracking movements, email us at orders@aubreyliqueurs.com.au
RETURNS
Should you make an error when ordering online, Aubrey Liqueurs will refund your item up to 15 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us to initiate your return at orders@aubreyliqueurs.com.au
You are responsible for the additional postage charges. Aubrey Liqueurs is not liable for any product damaged in transit by the freight company.
When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
